Seven Taste discount code: 10% off the whole store with the code LMC
We negotiated an exclusive offer with Seven Taste for you: 10% off the whole store, with no minimum spend. The offer covers the four ube powders, the accessories and the gift sets. To use it, enter the discount code LMC at checkout, in the field provided.
How to use the Seven Taste discount code
Applying the Seven Taste discount code takes less than a minute. The store runs on Shopify, so the discount field is visible as soon as you reach the basket, with no need to create an account.
Here is what to do:
- Go to the official Seven Taste website and choose your products
- Add them to the basket, the summary opens on the right
- Click "Add a discount code", just above the estimated total
- Enter the code LMC in capitals, then confirm with the "Apply" button
- Check that the discount appears on the total line before ordering
If the code will not go through, it usually means another code is already active: discounts do not stack. Remove the first one, then enter yours again.
Keep the free delivery threshold in mind too, set at 30 € of spend in mainland France and Corsica. The discount is applied before that calculation, so bear it in mind if you are right on the edge.
About Seven Taste
Seven Taste is a French brand born in Nice, built around a single ingredient: ube, the purple yam from the Philippines. Led by co-founders Charlotte and Adrien, it turns this root into fine powders for drinks and cooking.
The positioning is deliberate: making wellbeing desirable rather than a chore. The idea is simple, you only stick to a ritual if you enjoy it.
On the production side, the brand combed the Philippines to select its suppliers, after testing more than fifty powders. All its products are made by spray-drying, an atomisation process that gives a far finer texture than conventional milling.
The stated commitments match that story: production at GMP certified partners, formulation and blending in France, lab tested products, no added sugars, no flavourings and no colourings. The catalogue deliberately stops at four powders, each designed for a specific use.
The Seven Taste product L'Essentiel recommended by our LMC testers
Our team recommends L'Essentiel, the brand's signature ube powder. It is the most versatile item in the catalogue, sold at 19,90 € for an 80 g tin, around thirty drinks.
What sets it apart comes down to a few points:
- Single ingredient composition: 100% ube, no carrier and no additives
- Texture obtained by spray-drying, as fine as icing sugar
- Dissolves completely in cold or hot liquid, with no residue at the bottom of the glass
- No added sugars, gluten free, caffeine free, vegan formulation
- Vanilla aromatic profile, with a toasted hazelnut note
It is also the best value for money in the range, at 0,66 € a cup, or 0,60 € with the discount. The other powders are more specialised: L'Iconique for a hot latte, L'Artisan for baking.
Its uses are broad: hot or iced latte, smoothie, mocktail, porridge, baking. The recommended dose is 2 to 4 g, mixed into fifteen centilitres of water before adding the milk of your choice.
Customer feedback backs up that choice: this product accounts for most of the reviews published on the official website, all rated top marks. The declared origin is outside the European Union, production goes through GMP certified partners, and blending takes place in France.
Seven Taste customer reviews
Seven Taste displays a verified review module directly on its website, with an average rating of 4,96 out of 5 across 46 published reviews. The volume is still modest, which the brand's youth explains, but the feedback is very consistent.
Three themes come up every time:
- Delivery speed, mentioned in most of the comments
- The state of the parcel on arrival, with packaging judged neat and well protected
- The taste, described as delicate, comforting and easy to take to
Several customers mention building the powder into a daily routine, often as a latte with almond milk. One customer even talks about pairing ube with matcha.
Product by product, the split is balanced: L'Essentiel and Superglow account for most of the feedback, with top ratings, while the accessories also collect positive comments. No negative comment appears on the module to date.
The point to watch is less the reviews themselves than where they are hosted. They are collected and displayed by the brand, with no independent third party platform. A Trustpilot profile or a Google listing would add another level of verification.
Seven Taste refund terms if you are not satisfied
Seven Taste applies a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your order. For food hygiene reasons, only unopened products are accepted back.
The conditions are as follows:
- Original packaging intact and safety seal unbroken
- No sign of use or damage
- Sale items and gift cards are excluded
The process runs by email with customer service, quoting your order number and the reason for the return. The brand then provides the return address and the procedure to follow.
Once the parcel is received and checked, the refund is issued within 7 to 10 working days, to the original payment method. Return postage is at your expense, unless the brand made a mistake or the product is faulty.
My verdict on Seven Taste in brief
I tested L'Essentiel for three weeks, and my verdict fits in one sentence: the technical promise holds up. The cold solubility claimed is not a marketing line, you can check it from the very first glass, with no lumps and no residue.
What I like is how simple the composition is. A single ingredient line, 100% ube, in a market where plenty of colourful powders hide a maltodextrin carrier or an added flavouring. The taste follows: soft vanilla, toasted hazelnut, no added sugar.
The manufacturing commitments point the right way, with GMP certified partners, blending in France and lab tested products. The brand is young, but the seriousness shows in the detail of the product pages, nutritional values included.
There are still areas to strengthen. No organic label is displayed, no certificate of analysis can be downloaded, and the origin goes no further than an outside the European Union mention on two powders. The catalogue, at four products, also stays very short.
On price, 19,90 € for 80 g puts the brand above entry level ube powders. At 0,66 € a cup, or 0,60 € with the discount, the positioning stands up against ceremonial matcha rather than against coffee.
My verdict: a brand worth following, provided you are after an indulgent caffeine free ritual rather than a supplement dosed with actives. The ritual settles in very easily, with no discipline required, and that may be the brand's real selling point. To find out more, read my detailed Seven Taste review.
