Cuure review: does the French personalised supplement brand deliver?

Cuure is a French lab founded in 2019, specialising in personalised food supplements and patented formulas. The brand leans on a scientific board and clearly stated dosages rather than on marketing promises.

Cuure review: does the French personalised supplement brand deliver?
Review in a nutshell

My Cuure review in brief

Cuure is one of the few French brands to have built a genuine in-house lab rather than a simple catalogue. I tested the FS-3B, their pre, pro and postbiotic formula, over a full course. The first thing I take away is the transparency of the dosages: the composition is published strain by strain, with the colony forming units of each blend. Few brands go this far, especially in a sector where vagueness is still the rule.

Not everything is perfect, though. The price sits at the top end of the market, and the subscription model means keeping an eye on renewals. The dosage breakdown also shows that the formula is far more concentrated on the digestive side than on its six other promises. Even so, the balance of rigour, quality and convenience is solid, with manufacturing in France and Belgium at certified contract producers.

My experience with Cuure: the test

I ordered the brand's two signature formulas, the FS-3B Full Spectrum Tribiotic and the MA-05 Metabolic Activator, to make up my own mind. Parcels arrive in recyclable boxes, with a reusable glass jar. The care taken over the packaging is obvious straight away.

On both product pages everything is stated before you buy: named strains, dosages in milligrams, encapsulation technologies. I appreciate not having to hunt the information down in a hidden PDF.

📌 FS-3B Full Spectrum Tribiotic

This is Cuure's microbiome formula. It brings prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics together in a single capsule, with twenty-five strains and fifty billion CFU per two-capsule dose. The jar holds fifty-six capsules, roughly a one-month course.

The protocol starts gently: one capsule a day for the first four days, then two capsules, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning. This gradual ramp-up limits the first-day discomfort that is common with this type of formula. Expect 49,90 € for the first month.

📌 MA-05 Metabolic Activator

The MA-05 plays on entirely different ground: metabolism. The brand claims five targeted mechanisms, satiety, stress, lipolysis, microbiome and blood sugar, with four actives, two of them patented. The jar contains sixty capsules, a full month at two capsules a day.

You take it at the start of breakfast or lunch, never on an empty stomach. Each capsule holds micro-compressed tablets protected by the NUTRAFINISH® coating. The brand recommends a course of at least three months, and the price is the same as the FS-3B.

🔎 The verdict on format and dosing

The capsules in both products are standard size and easy to swallow with a glass of water. No aftertaste, no strong smell when you open the jars, which is not always the case with probiotics. The daily dose slots into a routine without effort.

One practical detail matters over time: the glass jar is kept and refilled from the second order onwards. Over a three-month course, the difference shows in the recycling bin.

A small drawback with the MA-05: two capsules with a meal is still something to remember at midday when you eat out. The FS-3B, taken in the morning on an empty stomach, is far harder to forget.

👉 Effectiveness and how it feels

The first few days change nothing, which is normal with this type of formula. The brand itself thinks in long courses, three months minimum, and I find that line more honest than promises of results in a week. I appreciated this consistency between the message and the protocol.

Over time, day-to-day digestive comfort settled down with the FS-3B, without anything spectacular. The MA-05 is felt mainly in how regular meals become, again gradually.

These are personal impressions and prove nothing: responses vary a great deal from one person to another, especially where the microbiome is concerned.

Who is Cuure?

Cuure was founded in 2019 by Jules Marcilhacy and Hugo Facchin, both from families of doctors. The company behind it, Groupe Well, is a SAS registered with the Paris trade register. Its stated mission is to develop solutions grounded in science and designed by experts.

The differentiator is the scientific board. Six named profiles sit on it: researchers from INSERM and the Institut Cochin, a lecturer in molecular genetics at Université Paris Cité, nutritionist doctors, and a professor of bioengineering at the Politecnico di Milano.

An in-house R&D team works with them on every formula, from concept to sourcing. That is rare for a brand this size, and it shows in the quality of the product pages.

📌 The key commitments

  • Formulas developed in France by bioengineers
  • Manufactured in France and Belgium at partners certified ISO 22000 and ISO 9001
  • Supplements registered with the DGAL, as the law requires
  • Traceable ingredients, dosages given on every product page
  • Virgin fibre paper sachets, free of aluminium and plastic
  • 87% of products vegan, lactose free, sugar free, GMO free

FS-3B vs a standard probiotic

Cost per day About 1,66 € on the 1-month format Often under 0,60 € a day

The range at a glance

The Cuure catalogue runs to more than a hundred references, organised into four readable ranges. That is one of the brand's strengths: you understand straight away what you are dealing with.

  • Masters: the lab's advanced formulas, FS-3B for the microbiome and MA-05 for metabolism
  • Les Essentiels (the essentials): the basics in capsule form, magnesium, omega-3, vitamin D, zinc, iron, collagen
  • MyCuure: the personalised box of daily sachets, built from the questionnaire
  • Onely: the all-in-one powder formula, vitamins, minerals, supergreens, collagen and adaptogens

Alongside these ranges, products are sorted by need: digestion, weight management, energy, stress and sleep, beauty, sport, women's or men's health. The two Masters formulas remain the brand's technical showcase.

A close look at the formulas: how good are the FS-3B and the MA-05 really?

This is where a brand's credibility is decided. Cuure publishes the full detail of both formulas, in milligrams and in colony forming units. Let us take each label apart.

The FS-3B composition, strain by strain

Good news, the breakdown of the fifty billion CFU is published blend by blend. Here is what a two-capsule dose contains:

  • Mix Digestion: 32.2 bn CFU, ten strains including the FLoren® complex and L. rhamnosus GG
  • Mix Performance: 5.8 bn CFU, B. breve BR03 and S. thermophilus FP4
  • Mix Immunité (immunity): 3.6 bn CFU, including L. acidophilus LA02 and B. bifidum BB01
  • Mix Peau (skin): 2.8 bn CFU, L. casei LC03, L. salivarius, L. rhamnosus LR05
  • Mix Humeur (mood): 2 bn CFU, L. plantarum LP09 and L. rhamnosus LR06
  • Mix Cardiovasculaire (cardiovascular): 1.8 bn CFU, B. adolescentis BA02 and B. infantis BI02
  • Mix Minceur (weight management): 1.6 bn CFU, L. gasseri LGS06 and L. plantarum LP14

This table changes how you read the product. The Mix Digestion alone takes nearly 65% of the total load, which makes sense: this is where the formula is genuinely dosed to work, with very well documented strains.

The other areas are lighter. One point six billion CFU on the weight management side, one point eight on the cardiovascular one: those blends exist, but they are a top-up. The FS-3B is first and foremost a digestive probiotic.

That leaves the prebiotic part. Fibriotics®, a blend of thirty-six fermented fruits and vegetables, is dosed at 60 mg. That is little next to the grams of fibre used in the literature. This prebiotic fraction stays symbolic and will not replace the fibre on your plate.

The zinc citrate provides 6 mg of salt, that is 1.5 mg of elemental zinc, or 15% of the nutrient reference values. A supporting intake, presented without exaggeration.

The MA-05 composition, active by active

The MA-05 takes the opposite approach: few ingredients, but precise dosages. A daily two-capsule dose delivers just four actives, which makes the analysis easy:

  • MetabolAid®: 500 mg, a patented extract of hibiscus and lemon verbena
  • Green tea extract: 75 mg, standardised to 45% EGCG, about 34 mg of EGCG
  • Safr'Inside™: 30 mg, patented saffron extract
  • Chromium picolinate: 1.6 mg, of which 0.185 mg of elemental chromium

Both patented actives are dosed at the amounts used in the work published by their suppliers, 500 mg for MetabolAid® and 30 mg for Safr'Inside™. That is the strong point of this formula: there is no decorative trace dosing here.

The green tea is more discreet. Thirty-four milligrams of EGCG is clearly below the amounts used in studies on this extract. Treat it as a supporting part of the formula, not a headline active.

Chromium is the only micronutrient on the list. Its picolinate form absorbs properly, and the dosage stays within French market norms.

Verdict on the formulas: no fairy dusting on the digestive core of the FS-3B or on the two patents of the MA-05. The prebiotic fraction of the first and the green tea of the second, however, are clearly supporting ingredients.

Technical analysis and expert verdict

On overall quality, Cuure ticks the important boxes. Manufacturing at contract producers certified ISO 22000 and ISO 9001, DGAL registration, limited and mostly plant-based additives, no lactose, no sugar and no GMOs. The traceability on offer is clear.

The triple encapsulation of the FS-3B deserves a pause. Microbac® seals the strains in gastro-resistant microbeads, Bicaps® adds a double glycerol shell that limits moisture and oxygen. It is the answer to the real weak point of probiotics: surviving storage, then the stomach.

On customer feedback, the brand shows 4.5 out of 5 across 4,351 reviews on Trustpilot. Recurring themes: product quality, convenience, fast delivery. The more measured reviews focus on the subscription, which some find too automatic.

Logistics follow suit: dispatch within one to two working days, Colissimo or Colis Privé delivery, pickup point available in France, and about two working days for a French address. Delivery is free within the European Union from 39 € of order value.

A few things are still missing for a clean sweep: no organic label on the signature formulas, no public certificate of analysis by batch, no money back guarantee. The terms and conditions also exclude returns on an unsealed product, which is legal but worth knowing before you buy.

👉 My advice

Take the FS-3B in the morning on an empty stomach, one capsule for the first four days then two capsules a day. For the MA-05, two capsules at the start of breakfast. Aim for three months minimum in both cases: nothing serious can be judged in a fortnight.

Cuure's star product

FS-3B Full Spectrum Tribiotic

This is the formula to pick first. It brings prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics together in a single capsule, with twenty-five strains and fifty billion CFU per dose. Three layers of encapsulation protect the strains until they are released. A jar of fifty-six capsules covers a full month.

🏆 My final verdict: should you buy from Cuure?

My final grade:
9.4
/10

The bottom line. Cuure is a serious brand that does not overclaim. The in-house lab, the named scientific board and the fully published compositions put it above the French market average. The messaging stays measured, which is rare in this sector.

Price against quality. This is the point that will make you hesitate. The FS-3B works out at about 1,66 € a day on the one-month format, dropping to 1,50 € on the six-month format. That is expensive for a probiotic, but you are paying for a fifty billion CFU load, three layers of encapsulation and rare transparency on the dosages.

The verdict. Yes, provided you buy it for what it really is: a premium digestive probiotic, to be taken as a long course. If you are after a weight management or mood effect, the blends involved are too light to justify the price.

If you want to try it, the best route is the official Cuure website, applying the code LMC20 for 20% off, valid across the whole range and on the MyCuure subscription.
