Araw Ube refund conditions if you are not satisfied

Araw applies a 14-day return policy from the receipt of your order. To be eligible, the product must be returned unopened and unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact customer service by email at contact@araw-ube.fr before sending anything back. Returns without a prior request are not accepted. If the return is approved, Araw sends a shipping label with instructions.

Once the parcel has been received and inspected, the refund is processed within 10 business days to the original payment method, excluding initial shipping fees. If this deadline is exceeded, the team remains reachable at contact@araw-ube.fr.

My brief opinion on Araw Ube

I have rarely seen such a young brand bring together so many strengths at once. At Araw, transparency is not a marketing claim: laboratory analyses are published, partner farms are named, and the social commitment in the Philippines is documented. This level of rigor is rare in the functional powder sector.

As for the product itself, it is the taste that really makes the difference. The natural vanilla and hazelnut notes, soft and authentic, place Araw clearly above the competitors I have tested. It is not a reconstructed or artificially sweet taste: it is ube as it should be.
