How to use the Cuure discount code
Applying the Cuure discount code takes less than a minute. There are two ways to fill your basket: pick your products straight from the catalogue, or go through the five minute questionnaire that builds a personalised routine. Either way, the steps are the same.
- Go to the official Cuure website and select your products
- Add them to your basket, individually or as a three or six month pack
- Go to the checkout page
- Enter the code LMC20 in the discount code field
- Confirm, then check that the 20% discount appears on the total
- Complete your order
One tip: check the amount shown before you pay. The discount should appear clearly on the total line, before any delivery charges. Delivery is free within the European Union from 39 € of order value, which combines very well with this discount.
About Cuure
Cuure is a French laboratory founded in 2019 by Jules Marcilhacy and Hugo Facchin. The company behind it, Groupe Well, is based in Paris. Its guiding principle fits in one sentence: formulate food supplements with scientists, not with marketing arguments.
The brand relies on an in-house R&D department and on a scientific committee of six experts, researchers from INSERM, the Institut Cochin or the Politecnico di Milano, nutrition doctors and academic researchers. Their work draws on a bibliography of more than ten thousand clinical studies.
On the production side, 85% of the solutions are made in France, the rest in Belgium, the Czech Republic, Spain, the United Kingdom and Japan, at partner sites audited by independent laboratories. The dosages are published on every product page, a mark of transparency still fairly rare in this sector. More than 400,000 people have ordered from the brand in five years.
The Cuure FS-3B product recommended by our LMC testers
If you were to try only one product, this would be it. The FS-3B Full Spectrum Tribiotic is the laboratory's microbiome formula, and technically the most accomplished in the range.
It brings three families together in a single capsule: prebiotics from thirty-six fermented fruits and vegetables, twenty-five probiotic strains and postbiotics. A two capsule dose delivers fifty billion CFU, including 32.2 billion for the digestion blend alone.
What convinced us is the transparency of the label. Every blend is detailed, strain by strain, with its CFU load. It also contains 60 mg of Fibriotics® and 6 mg of zinc citrate.
Two patents protect the strains: Microbac® for resistance to stomach acid, Bicaps® for stability in storage. The selection draws on more than three hundred clinical studies.
The fifty-six capsule tub covers a one month course, with one capsule for the first four days then two a day, on an empty stomach in the morning. Expect 49,90 € for the first month, before the Cuure discount code is applied. The product suits anyone who wants to build a lasting microbiome routine, with a three month course.
Cuure customer reviews
On Trustpilot, Cuure scores 4.5 out of 5 across 4,351 published reviews. That is a solid volume for a French brand of this size, and the rating stays stable over time.
Positive feedback centres on a few recurring themes:
- the perceived quality of the products and the precision of the formulas
- the convenience of the personalised box and the daily sachets
- how quickly orders are prepared and shipped
- how easy the mobile app is for keeping track of your routine
Several long-standing customers describe courses followed over several years, often for specific needs such as digestion or the post-partum period. That kind of long term feedback carries more weight than a review written after a week.
The more measured comments mostly concern the automatic subscription. Some find it very flexible, others regret discovering the renewal late. Price also comes up as a sticking point, which is consistent with the brand's premium positioning.
Worth noting: Cuure subscribes to a paid Trustpilot plan, which lets the brand actively request reviews. That does not invalidate the feedback, but it is worth keeping in mind.
Cuure's refund terms if you are not satisfied
The terms are set out in the general terms and conditions of sale. Two situations need to be distinguished.
For a product that is still sealed, you have a fourteen day right of withdrawal. The return must be made in the original packaging, with the seal intact and the original label in place. Return postage is at your expense, and the brand refunds the products sent back.
An opened supplement, on the other hand, cannot be taken back, for hygiene reasons. That is a legal rule, not a commercial decision.
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, the process is different: contact customer service by email, Cuure arranges the return and covers the cost, then replaces the product or refunds you within fourteen days.
Finally, the subscription remains commitment free: you can postpone it, change it or cancel it in a few clicks from your personal account.
My verdict on Cuure in brief
I am often sceptical of brands that talk about science without showing anything. Cuure does the opposite, and that is what won me over.
The scientific committee is named, the dosages are published down to the milligram, and the strain breakdown of the FS-3B is detailed blend by blend. Few French brands accept that level of exposure, because it leaves the formula open to criticism. That is precisely what builds long term trust.
I appreciate how consistent the messaging is. The brand does not promise results in a week, it thinks in three month courses. The packaging follows the same logic: recyclable paper, no aluminium or plastic, with a refill option from the second order onwards.
Another point that matters: the brand owns its limits. No organic label is claimed on the signature formulas, and the prebiotic fraction of the FS-3B remains modest. Those choices stay visible on the label, not hidden behind vague wording.
Not everything is perfect. The price stays high, around 1,66 € a day for the FS-3B in the one month format. The catalogue, with more than a hundred products, can also feel dizzying if you arrive without a clear idea. The questionnaire helps, but it naturally steers you towards the subscription.
My advice: pick one or two targeted products, commit to three months, and use the Cuure discount code to absorb part of the extra cost. That is how the balance between quality, rigour and consistency really pays off.
