Mush N Go delivery to the UK and Europe: times, costs and returns

Mush N Go ships from Lille, in northern France. That single fact decides most of what follows: how fast your order arrives, what you pay for shipping, whether customs get involved, and what it costs you to send a box back. We went through the brand's actual terms rather than the banner on its homepage.

Mush N Go delivery to the UK and Europe: times, costs and returns

How long does a Mush N Go order take to arrive?

There are two separate clocks, and conflating them is where most disappointment comes from.

The first is processing: the time between your payment and the parcel physically leaving the warehouse. The brand states 1 to 2 business days. Business days means Monday to Friday, which matters more than it sounds. An order placed on Friday evening is not picked before Monday.

The second is transit, which depends entirely on where you are. Within France the brand quotes 1 to 3 business days. Everywhere else, it says only that times vary by destination, which is honest but unhelpful until you reach the checkout.

In practice, from a warehouse in Lille, a realistic expectation looks like this.

DestinationRealistic transitShipping costCustoms and import VAT
Mainland France1 to 3 business daysFree from 45 € or 59 €None
Belgium, Netherlands, Germany2 to 4 business daysCalculated at checkoutNone, single customs territory
Spain, Italy3 to 6 business daysCalculated at checkoutNone, single customs territory
United Kingdom4 to 8 business daysCalculated at checkoutImport VAT plus carrier handling fee
Switzerland, Norway4 to 8 business daysCalculated at checkoutImport VAT and possible duty

These are reasonable expectations for a standard tracked service, not contractual commitments. The only figures the brand actually commits to are the French ones and the 1 to 2 day processing window.

What does shipping cost, and is there free delivery?

Here is the point where a lot of foreign-language pages get it wrong by translating the French thresholds as if they applied everywhere.

They do not. The free shipping thresholds of 45 € and 59 € apply to mainland France only. The first covers parcel shop delivery, the second home delivery. Outside mainland France there is no published threshold and no published rate.

For every other destination, the brand calculates the cost at checkout, once you enter your address. That is not evasive, it is how most Shopify stores handle international rates, but it does mean you cannot budget in advance. The practical consequence: add the product to the basket and go as far as the shipping step before deciding. You can abandon the basket at that point without paying anything.

One thing worth doing: because shipping is a fixed cost per parcel rather than per box, a single larger order is almost always cheaper than two smaller ones. If you were planning to try two formulas, ordering them together is the obvious move.

Customs, VAT and the Brexit question

This section only concerns readers outside the European Union, and it concerns UK readers most of all.

Since Brexit, a parcel sent from France to the United Kingdom is an import. Three things can follow. Import VAT is due at the UK rate. Customs duty may apply, although food supplements of EU origin frequently qualify for zero duty under the trade agreement, provided the paperwork states it. And the carrier usually adds a handling fee for clearing the parcel, which is its own charge and is not refundable.

For consignments valued at £135 or less, the seller is generally expected to collect the VAT at checkout, so nothing further is due on arrival. Above that threshold, the charges are collected on delivery, by the carrier, before it hands the parcel over. A 42.71 € box sits comfortably below the threshold; a multi-box bundle may not.

Switzerland and Norway are in the same position, outside the EU customs union, with their own thresholds and their own handling fees.

Within the European Union, none of this applies. Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and the rest are a single customs territory with France, VAT is included in the displayed price, and nothing extra is collected on delivery.

A word for readers further afield: the brand's own site is published in six languages, French, English, Italian, German, Spanish and Portuguese. That is a fair indication of the markets it actually serves. If you are ordering from outside Europe, check at the shipping step before you get attached to the idea. 🌎

How do you track an order, and what if it is late?

A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent the moment the parcel ships, not when you pay. If 48 business hours have passed with no tracking number, the order has not left, and that is a processing issue rather than a carrier issue.

Once the parcel is moving, tracking sits with the carrier. Two situations are worth telling apart. A tracking page that has not updated for 24 to 48 hours is usually normal, especially across a border, where a parcel can sit at a sorting hub without scanning. A tracking page that has not updated for five business days is a genuine problem and worth reporting.

Write to contact@mushngo.com with your order number and the tracking reference. Going through the merchant rather than the carrier is the right move: the shipping contract is between them and the carrier, not between you and the carrier.

The awkward case: tracking says delivered, and nothing arrived. It happens more than the carriers admit, and there is a sequence that resolves most of them. Check with anyone else at the address, then with immediate neighbours, since drivers leave parcels next door more often than they record it. Look for a delivery photograph in the tracking detail, which several carriers now attach and which sometimes shows a doorway that is not yours. Then ask the merchant to open an investigation with the carrier. Do that within a few days: carriers impose their own time limits for claims, and once the window closes the parcel is written off rather than traced.

What should you check when the parcel arrives?

Thirty seconds at the door saves a lot of email later, and it matters more on a cross-border parcel that has been handled more times.

  • The outer packaging, before you sign for anything. A crushed corner or a torn seam is worth noting on the carrier's slip, which is your only leverage afterwards.
  • The seal on each jar. An intact safety seal is what tells you the product has not been opened.
  • The batch number and expiry date, printed on the label. Photograph them. If anything comes up later, this is the first thing you will be asked for.
  • The formula itself, against what you ordered. Six of the boxes look alike at a glance and mistakes happen at picking.

Keep the packaging until you are sure you will not send the product back. The return conditions require it, and that is not a formality, as the next section explains.

What does the 60-day guarantee really cover?

The brand's stated policy runs to 60 days from receipt, which is generous compared with the 14-day statutory withdrawal period in the EU and the UK. But the conditions deserve reading closely.

The article must be returned in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Anything returned more than 60 days after delivery is refused.

Two points that cost money, and that the headline number does not tell you. You pay the return shipping, and the original shipping costs are not refunded. The return address is Lille, in France. From Spain or Italy that is an ordinary intra-EU parcel. From the United Kingdom it is an export, with its own paperwork, and the cost can eat a meaningful share of what you are getting back on a single box.

Read plainly: the guarantee is real, and it is worth more to someone who ordered a bundle than to someone returning one 42.71 € box from outside the EU. That is not a criticism of the brand, it is geography.

There is a second right that sits underneath it, and the two are often confused. In the European Union and in the United Kingdom, distance selling gives you a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt, with no reason to give. It is narrower in time than the brand's 60 days, but it is the law rather than a commercial gesture, and sealed products opened after delivery can fall outside it for hygiene reasons. The 60-day policy is more generous on duration; the statutory right is stronger if there is ever a dispute. Use whichever fits your situation, and say which one you are invoking when you write in.

How does the subscription work, and does it actually lower the price?

The subscription sends a box automatically at a chosen interval, with a discount on each delivery. It is the standard model on this kind of product, and the arithmetic is worth doing before subscribing rather than after.

The discount applies to the product. Shipping, if you pay it, applies to every delivery. Outside France, where nothing is free below a threshold, a monthly subscription of one box can end up costing more per box than an occasional larger order. The reflex is to compare the total of two months' subscription against one two-box order placed manually.

The promo code LMC15 gives 15 % off on the official site. Codes and subscription discounts do not always stack, so check which of the two comes out ahead on your basket.

Where can you buy Mush N Go apart from the official site?

Very little, and that is deliberate. The brand sells mainly direct, which is why the promo codes exist and why you will not find it discounted in a marketplace price war.

We went through availability in pharmacies and on the marketplaces in our guide to where the brand is sold. The short version: buying anywhere other than the official store usually means paying more, with no guarantee about storage conditions or how close the batch is to expiry.

Frequently asked questions about Mush N Go delivery

How long does delivery take to the UK?

Count 1 to 2 business days of processing plus transit from Lille, so realistically 4 to 8 business days in total, longer if the parcel is held for customs clearance. The brand does not publish a committed time for non-French destinations.

Will I pay customs charges on a Mush N Go order?

Not within the European Union. From the UK, Switzerland or Norway, import VAT applies and the carrier usually adds a handling fee. On a consignment of £135 or less to the UK, the VAT is normally collected at checkout rather than on delivery.

Is shipping free outside France?

No. The 45 € and 59 € thresholds cover mainland France only. Everywhere else the cost is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

Where do I send a return?

To Lille, in France, at your own expense. The original shipping costs are not refunded, and the product must be in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

What happens if I order on a Friday evening?

Processing does not start until Monday, since it is counted in business days. In practice a Friday evening order behaves like a Monday morning one.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

As long as the parcel has not shipped, yes, by writing to contact@mushngo.com with your order number. Once it is in the carrier's hands, you have to go through the carrier's own redirection service, when one exists.

What to remember before ordering

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and is counted from Monday to Friday. Free shipping exists only in mainland France. Outside the EU, budget for import VAT and a carrier handling fee. The 60-day guarantee is genuine but the return travels to France at your expense, which changes the calculation depending on where you live. And because shipping is charged per parcel, one larger order beats two small ones almost every time.

Shipping terms, prices and thresholds were checked on the brand's site in September 2026 and may change. The amount actually payable is the one shown at checkout.
