Pain Regulation [03] is the inflammatory comfort reference of the Apaise range, overhauled in 2026. This product was previously sold as Corps: OptiPEA®. The active has not changed, the product page and the positioning have.

It is built on OptiPEA®, a micronised and patented form of palmitoylethanolamide, better known by the abbreviation PEA. PEA is a molecule the body produces naturally, and whose supplementation is studied for inflammatory comfort and chronic pain.

Why micronisation matters: generic PEA is poorly absorbed, its particles being too large to cross the intestinal barrier efficiently. Micronisation reduces the size of those particles. That is the product's main technical argument, and it concerns the form of the active more than its quantity.

This is the most specific product in the range, and the biggest financial commitment. The micronisation argument is relevant and documented for PEA, and the fact that the brand publishes the exact dosage of the active works in its favour in a category where many references stay vague.
