A closer look at the composition: how good is the FOCUS+ really?

Let us look at the formula more closely, dosage by dosage. Cognizin Citicoline at 250 mg is the strong point. It is a patented form of citicoline, studied at this dose, so no fairy dusting on the main active.

Panax ginseng (60 mg, standardised to 20% ginsenosides) is more modest. The standardisation is clean, but the amount stays light compared with the standardised extracts often used at higher levels.

Lemon balm (100 mg) and huperzine (stated at 10 mg) round out the mix. On the huperzine, I would have liked a precise titration of the alkaloid, usually dosed in micrograms rather than milligrams.

The B vitamin complex plays its cofactor role. B5 and B12 cover 100% of the reference intakes, which is consistent with a cognitive support formula.

Technical analysis and expert verdict

Overall, the quality is there. The transparency on dosages, the patented forms on the key actives and the ISO 22000 certified French manufacturing put CTRL NODE well above many opaque brands.

The only technical reservation concerns a few secondary actives dosed low, such as the ginseng. Nothing disqualifying, but this is not a formula pushed to the maximum on every line.
